By accessing or using the Trustarro Platform ("Platform"), whether as a waitlist member, a user of free content, or a subscriber to paid content, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trustarro.
Trustarro provides an online platform offering AI upskilling courses and resources specifically tailored for gig workers, including but not limited to freelance writers, virtual assistants, graphic designers, data entry/analysis freelancers, web developers (front-end/UX focus), and financial services freelancers (e.g., bookkeepers, accountants). The Platform's content, which may be developed with the assistance of AI tools, includes project-based learning modules, quizzes, progress tracking, and other educational resources designed to help gig workers integrate AI into their workflows.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party. Specifically, you agree to:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or join the waitlist on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Trustarro immediately at info@trustarro.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account credentials.
Termination: Trustarro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Subscriptions: If and when paid plans are offered, details regarding pricing, subscription periods, and included features will be clearly outlined during the sign-up process. All payments will be processed securely via a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Trustarro does not directly store your payment card details.
Pricing: All pricing details, including any changes to subscription fees, will be communicated to you prior to activation or renewal of your subscription.
Refunds: Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with Trustarro's Refund Policy, which will be published on the Platform or made available upon request.
Free Access: Waitlist users and others may be granted access to limited free content or trial periods, which remain subject to these Terms. Trustarro reserves the right to modify or discontinue free access at any time.
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to educational modules, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, underlying code, design, and user interfaces, are the exclusive property of Trustarro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform grants you no right or license to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trustarro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform, any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, any content obtained from the Platform, unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, or interruptions or errors in service.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Trustarro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Trustarro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
